I have been remiss to update this Blog in quite a while.

When I did check it yesterday I noticed that there was a post still in the Draft section from many years past so I thought if I post it now that it would post under the original Date and Time the post was created – WRONG!

Sorry to mislead you into thinking I have resumed my baking, sadly I have not. Our sweet “Lil-O-Mama”, Nellie B. Saucier (our voracious Bread Eater) left us to go back home to Louisiana to be with her Sisters & Brother, and my Paula quit eating Bread (too many carbs), so I quit baking because it was a lot of work to bake just for me.

I still dream of baking and have some joy in remembering all the fragrant aromas from my past bakes of Sourdough, Whole Wheat, Seeded Rye, and of course my most favorite English Muffins (with HUGE Holes & Crannies).

Someday again, baking might be accomplished but for now, memories of the past, IGA, Kroger, Walmart, and Sam’s Club will have to do.
