Paula. I loved having you as a boss at the Casino Queen. You had to deal with some real bitches! This is James Brennan. I lasted 12.5 years. Now I’m working in video gaming with the slot machines in bars and restaurants in Illinois. Boy, the C.Q. really went down the toilet! I brought a union into the Queen after 10 years. Michael Gaughan did not like it, but I pulled it off. We needed it badly. Plant some sunflowers. They’re awesome!🤓😷 Good luck Paula! Jim Brennan
Thank you for your response to our blog and compliment Jim. I am glad to hear you are doing well. We retired to West Virginia. We live in the “holler” in a small cabin with our dogs cats chickens and rabbits..Its peaceful and quiet and restores the soul after 32 years in the Casino business. We retired in 2012. I turned 70 this year and so far I am in good health as is my husband Bill , we celebrated 50 years of marriage in August. It truly is nice to hear about your life. I love sunflowers. My chickens get them along with chicken pellets and cracked corn…I feed them to beautiful birds in a hanging feeder on my porch along with hummingbird feeders. West Virginia has many retired people as the cost of living is good here. Well….may God richly bless you…Sincerely PaulaGuinazzo
